For a bit of fun a few years back,  Birdy (Trev) and some other guys in the bike industry got a band going called Urban Assault. It started out as just an outlet away from bikes and getting back into something we have all done in the past but never together. Now it has grown into regular gigs in and around Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, and has even taken us to Malaysia at GP time. We also play the Isle of White in Cowes on Phillip Island for the WSBK and Moto GP weekends. We do a mix of songs pretty much like what you'd hear on Triple M. The band consists of Trevor (Birdman) from Doin' Bikes on Guitar, Moose from Xsportz on Bass, and Donny "Sparkrl" from Pirelli tyres on vocals. We use Mick O'Shae on drums when we can, who has played with Dragon, Judge Mercy, Swannee and recently in Europe with Rose Tattoo.
