We also handle the mapping for the Factory Yamaha Super sport team of Jeremy Crowe and Bryan Staring. Click for PC mapping vs other forms The best teams and riders in the country use Doin' Bikes to get their bikes running at the front, as have all the major bike magazines for various tests, long term bikes, and mapping stories when it counts. Don't be fooled by so called dyno experts that are always in magazines due to being just down the road from the mag and pay big $'s advertising every month for the privelidge. Our reputation is mainly word of mouth and from results on and off the track. When we offer advice, you can be sure that it's based on what we have seen work ourselves and is provided for you at a fair and reasonable price. Put it this way, if you're being quoted an arm and a leg for mapping due to it taking 11ty hours to perform or some other made up rubbish, we'd suggest they do not know what they are doing. We perform the mapping duties for the 2008 Factory Yamaha supersport team of Crowe and Staring who have been up front all year, Crowe breaking lap reords and also scoring a ride in the German round of the World Supersport Championship. Previously, the Yamaha Super sport team of Aitchison and O'Halloran were also up front with Aitcho now running in WSS after beating the factory guys on a regular basis on a privateer bike with mapping done by Doin' Bikes. Team Ducati Australia used Doin' Bikes in 2003 to get their bike right, and our very own SP1 was leading the series for much of that year along with Zac Davies who broke many a pro twins lap record on his RSV Mille, mapped by Doin' Bikes. McMartins bike (Ducati) was transformed from battling for 4th and 5th place to blitzing the field at the Qld and last round of F/Xtreme in 2003. After messing around, trying to re map the ECU on the bike, they were seeing our bike run smooth and fast week in, week out. Finally, they came to see us (their competition) to get the mapping right with a power commander and tuning link map and went straight to the front again. Considering both the Ducati and Aprilia teams were our direct competition, it speaks volumes for the work we do and the trust you can have in us getting your bike 100%. Brendan Clarke on the Pro Yamaha R6 has used Power Commanders and Doin' Bikes to get their bikes running in front of the Factory boys in the 2005 Super sport championship. At the Eastern Creek and first round of the corresponding year, Redwing Honda used Doin' Bikes to map Anthony Goberts CBR1000RR. We mapped the bike on the Friday after Free practice and he shot straight up the time sheets come Saturday. 2004 and Glen Allerton not only contested but beat the Factory guys on his (Sydney City Motorcycles) R6, mapped by us right here at Doin' Bikes. Forget the back yard guys and the guys that have so called "better" equipment and "MAP FOR POWER", Dynojet spend many millions of $'s on research and development on both the Power Commander units and methods of mapping them. The Factory Yamaha teams use them, The U.S Factory Honda team use them, Team Suzuki Australia use them Mark Aitchison and Brendan Clarke used them to beat the factory teams and you can too. Zac Davies chose Doin' Bikes simply because we were the only tuning centre that had been trained by Dynojet, had the Tuning Link program and had real race experience with Roland winning the 2001 Privateer cup on a CBR929. Zac was on pole position at every round more often than not, and broke many lap records along the way. |
