Notice the huge flat spot up to about 5000 rpm? This was due to the slip on pipe that was on the bike, and as you'll see from the graph below, was causing the bike to take forever to rev out. Mapping with tuning link got rid of the flat spot and let the bike make power more quickly.
In fact, it makes 45 h.p more in the same amount of time (6 sec) and hits the limiter a full 2 seconds quicker than it did before mapping. All because the bike was way too lean, especially down low. If you have a Triumph with a pipe, and you're having troubles with flat spots etc, get it booked in now. The bike will be transformed.
